Construction Quantity Surveying Technician – Level 4 Apprenticeship

Entry Requirements:


•    GCSEs at Grade 5 or above in Math, English & Science 
•    Must be aged 18 or over when you start the apprenticeship

•    Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
•    Confident with IT systems, particularly Excel
•    Good communication skills, both written and verbal

•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Professional, reliable, and customer focused
•    Enthusiasm to learn and progress towards becoming a Quantity Surveyor


Duration of Apprenticeship: 36 Months + EPA


Possible Start Date: September 2026


Starting Salary: Depending on Experience


Brief Description: Mike Morgan Electrical Services (MMES) are looking for an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our commercial, accounting, and project management teams to support the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This is a hands-on role that provides the opportunity to learn while working, with day-release study at a recognised college.
