Construction Quantity Surveying Technician – Level 4 Apprenticeship

Entry Requirements:


•    GCSEs at Grade 5 or above in Math, English & Science 
•    Must be aged 18 or over when you start the apprenticeship

•    Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
•    Confident with IT systems, particularly Excel
•    Good communication skills, both written and verbal

•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Professional, reliable, and customer focused
•    Enthusiasm to learn and progress towards becoming a Quantity Surveyor


Duration of Apprenticeship: 36 Months + EPA


Possible Start Date: September 2026


Starting Salary: Depending on Experience

This is a hands-on role that provides the opportunity to learn while working, with day-release study at a recognised college.
