Compliance Management Assistant

Role Purpose:

  
To provide administrative support for the Learning and Development team, contributing to ensuring that all those working within the MEH JV are suitably skilled and qualified to undertake their roles. 


Accountabilities*: 


1. Maintaining training records and manage course completion evidence 
2. Send and receive relevant training updates to and from MEH JV partners 
3. Production of monthly training expiry reports 
4. Creation of role profiles in a CMS 
5. Upload New Starter information on to a CMS 
6. Support with the L&D team mailbox 
7. Relevant ad hoc support e.g., reports, spreadsheets, etc. 
8. Data collation and entry 
9. Working with on-boarding teams to support compliance and qualification requirements 
10. Assisting with producing detailed and accurate joining instructions and reminders for training activity 
11. Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
12. Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately 
13. Additional appropriate ad hoc duties as agreed with line manager  

 
Key Deliverables: 


1. Data entry and processing of compliance information into the CMS 
2. Creation of role profiles for all new starts of the MEHJV in the CMS 
3. Work with wider MEHJV functions to ensure compliance  

 
Minimum Qualifications/Experience (in line with MEH Onboarding Matrix): 


1. Competent in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word with an aptitude to work with other software 
2. Recent, relevant experience in a similar fast paced environment 
3. Skilled at developing strong relationships within large organisations 
4. Experience of working in an HR team would be desirable  
 

Additional Qualifications/Experience (in line with MEH Onboarding Matrix): 


1. Strong team player  
2. Flexible and adaptable with good organisational skills 
3. Able to manage a busy workload and multiple priorities 
4. Clear communicator and facilitator at all organisation levels 
5. Resilient character, with ability to challenge others  
6. Proactive with a questioning attitude, attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus
