Main Duties:


The Asset Management Lead is responsible for the coordination, execution, and oversight of care and maintenance activities for all Systems, Structures and Components within scope, from receipt and storage through installation and up to handover.
The role ensures compliance with RCC-M F6000, HPC contractual requirements and Bilfinger procedures, maintaining components in a fit-for-purpose condition throughout their lifecycle on site.
Implement, and maintain the project Care & Maintenance Plan and Schedule in accordance with HPC-NNB requirements.
Coordinate and supervise C&M activities across all phases: delivery, storage and post-installation.
Ensure cleanliness classifications, zoning, and storage conditions are applied correctly in line with RCC-M Section F6000 and site cleanliness procedures.
Manage the inspection, preservation, and maintenance frequencies of components per contractual requirements, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
Oversee zone transfer control, segregation of cleanliness classes, and compliance with FME (Foreign Material Exclusion) provisions.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Stores, and Construction teams to ensure components remain protected and preserved until handover.
Verify the adequacy of environmental controls (humidity, temperature, protective covers, sealing, etc.) and ensure corrective actions for substandard conditions.
Maintain auditable C&M records (plans, schedules, logs, inspection reports) for LTQR inclusion and eventual upload to NNB's Enterprise Asset Management system.
Liaise with NNB, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure visibility and compliance of preservation and cleanliness activities.
Support audits, surveillance, and handover inspections, ensuring all components are demonstrably free of degradation, contamination, and damage at turnover.
Baes full time on site Monday to Friday

Requirements:


Engineering or Technical qualification in Mechanical, Welding, Quality, or related discipline (HNC or above preferred).
CCNSG Safety Passport (mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience using document management or quality systems (Teamcenter, Proarc, SharePoint, or equivalent).
Knowledge of HPC Quality Arrangements, RCC-M F6000 cleanliness requirements, and NNB Care & Maintenance obligations.
Previous experience in care & maintenance, quality, or asset preservation in a regulated environment (nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace, or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience managing preservation and cleanliness controls in alignment with RCC-M or similar high-integrity standards.
Strong background in coordinating cross-functional activities involving QA/QC, construction, and stores.
Experience in the preparation and management of C&M Plans, Schedules, and associated inspection records.
Familiarity with LTQR compilation and nuclear lifetime records expectations
