Mike Morgan Electrical Services are recruiting for Approved Electricians to work with them.


Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Work either individually or as part of a team with limited supervision to carry out installation of containment, cabling and equipment on temporary supplies, new builds, remodelling and upgrades to existing buildings and structures.
  • Installation and connection of switchgear, distribution equipment and sub circuits and heavy power cabling.
  • Glanding and termination of all types of low voltage and E&I cabling.
  • Installation and maintenance of fire alarm, emergency lighting, lighting control systems, IT networks PA and CCTV systems, BMS.        
  • Deal effectively and safely with breakdowns and fault finding or damage replacement on installed systems.
  • A working understanding of control wiring and systems and an ability to work on fault finding and process on operating systems.
  • Carry out periodic inspections of electrical systems and produce reports and certification   
  • Complete installation documentation for new circuits and installations and test and commission on completion.


Qualifications : 

 

  • Fully qualified and experienced commercial and industrial electrician 
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 C&G 2360/2330 or equivalent
  • Inspection and Testing C+G 2391
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • A fully qualified and experienced ECS Gold card holding approved electrician with 18th Edition wiring regulations and Periodic and Initial Inspection and Testing qualifications.


Ongoing training is a part of our commitment to you, 24 days holiday plus 8 days public holidays paid, contributory pension scheme, protective clothing and company workwear provided.
Vehicle supplied commensurate with works required.


plus OTE to £60k £80k possible
