As a CPK Administrator, you will play a vital role in keeping day-to-day central production kitchen operations running smoothly. You will support the team by handling production data, entering pre-calculated rotas, orders, and counts, liaising with suppliers, drafting professional email correspondence, and maintaining site compliance.
Data & Production Support:
Download and produce daily production numbers for the kitchen team.
Create and print product labels and recipes for the kitchen team.
Use Microsoft Excel and pivot tables to organize operational data, track numbers, and generate production schedules and reports.
Data Input & Purchasing Administration
Accurately input pre-calculated order quantities into purchasing software.
Enter prepared staff rotas into the scheduling system.
Log pre-counted laundry totals into the dedicated online portal.
Communication & General Administration:
Draft clear, formal, and professional emails to clients, suppliers, and internal management.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls with excellent customer service.
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Site Compliance & Reception
Ensure all visitors and contractors paperwork has been filed after being completed by contractors/supervisors
Maintain strict discretion and high professional integrity regarding all sensitive business, supplier, and operational details.
Skills and knowledge:
Strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including confidence working with pivot tables (Excel) and datasets (essential).
Precision when inputting data (rota schedules, purchasing numbers, and laundry log counts).
Excellent written English skills for drafting formal emails.
Confident and clear telephone manner.
Previous administrative experience in a kitchen, manufacturing, or logistics environment (desirable).
Experience:
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to prioritize a varied list of administrative tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Strong customer service focus for internal and external communication.
