TCi Construction WORKS is a commercial new-build, fit-out, and refurbishment contractor operating across the South of England, with extensive experience in specialist industrial environments.


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our team, working on a key local project in Bridgwater for a well-respected client.


Roles & Responsibilities:


•    Onboarding and vetting of all applicable operatives via workforce management systems, including leavers, rehires, shared resources, transfers, and projectshared resources.
•    Assist with supply chain training, guidance, onboarding procedures and compliance requirements as required.
•    Track applications and operative status through to completion, ensuring all compliance documentation is stored securely.
•    Assist with evidence collation as per C&Q Matrix requirements, ensuring filed correctly for audit purposes
•    Arrange required medicals and drug & alcohol testing, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
•    Book required client behavioural safety training requirements.
•    Book required operative inductions, including refreshers.
•    Process requests for temporary workers and office visitors and urgent operational requirements.
•    Organise all site delivery vehicle bookings via relevant client systems, ensuring stakeholders are informed of instructions and potential issues.
•    Attend required DMS meetings and submit required forecasting
•    Assist with relevant office and project administration tasks as required
•    Attend and minute various meetings as required
•    Organise and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
•    Deal with both internal and external customers by means of telephone and email, as well as face to face with visitors, in a professional manner


Requirement:


•    Strong organisational skills
•    Attention to detail
•    The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
•    Oral and written communication skills
•    Discretion for confidentiality
•    Driving Licence (or own means of transport to work)
•    Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
•    Ability to become familiar and competent with bespoke software – ability to pass D&A Testing and BPSS vetting
