2027 Apprenticeships Now Open


We're now recruiting for our 2027 apprenticeship programmes, with three different apprenticeships to choose from:


Plant Operator Apprenticeship

Plant Mechanic Apprenticeship

HGV Driver Apprenticeship


Whether you want to operate heavy plant, learn how to maintain and repair machinery, or build a career behind the wheel of an HGV, there's an opportunity to get started with Tru7.


Our apprenticeships offer the chance to learn, earn and develop real-world skills while working alongside experienced teams across our business. It's a hands-on route into a career within the construction, plant and transport industries, with the opportunity to build valuable skills and experience from day one.


Interviews will be taking place in early October, with apprenticeship courses starting in January/February 2027.


Which apprenticeship do you want?

Plant Operator
Plant Mechanic
HGV Driver


Requirements:


Plant Operator


• Full UK driving licence and own transport

• Valid HSE test pass

 

Plant Mechanic


• Full UK driving licence and own transport

 

HGV Driver


• HGV provisional licence

• Full UK driving licence with minimum of 12 months' experience and no driving offences
