Opportunity for a Project Manager working with Tru-7 on the Sizewell C Project,


Salary : £90k DoE


Main Duties : 

 

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all project requirements are met.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and project quality.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Oversee all phases of the project to ensure they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding project progress and any changes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to keep projects on track and within budget.


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager within the construction, earthworks, or civil engineering industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of earthmoving and construction project processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding effective solutions.
