Opportunity for a Hydraulic Hose Engineer working with Tru-7 on the Sizewell C Project,


Salary : £50k DoE


Main Duties : 

 

  • Hose Maintenance & Replacement: Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and replace hydraulic hoses to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Installation: Install and secure hydraulic hoses according to industry safety and quality standards, both in our workshop and out on-site.
  • Diagnostics & Testing: Identify issues, carry out repairs, and test hoses to meet operational requirements.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Keep accurate maintenance records and comply with industry regulations and company protocols.


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • Proven experience in hydraulic hose maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, diagnostic, and repair skills.
  • Ability to work within both workshop and site environments, ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery.
  • Full UK Driving Licence required, as a fully kitted van will be provided for site visits.
  • Comfortable working within a depot environment alongside an engineering team.

 

Experience:

 

  • Hydraulic Engineering: 1 year (required)
  • Willingness to travel:75% (required)
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ipswich IP5 2PE
