Opportunity for an Administrator working with VGC Group on Sizewell B (please note this role is based is Suffolk)


Salary :  £26,235.00

Length of Contract : 3 months- potential to be permanent for the right candidate


Your job role will consist of, but not be limited to:

 

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintain up to date knowledge of H/S and Environmental regulations.
  • Compliant with all safety related policies and procedures
  • Completes Point of work Risk Assessment
  • Ensures full training has been received for each aspect of the job
  • Work with appropriate line supervisors to ensure tasks are planned and delivered to client specification and agreed service requirements.
  • Complete relevant paperwork 
  • Provide out of hours cover where required


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • ONC or equivalent in business/administration (Desirable)
  • NVQ II in Business Administration (Desirable)
  • Great communicator that is able to provide professional and a high quality service to the client
  • Ideally as a candidate you will have an understanding of fundamental HR practices and procedures
  • Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook
