Job Responsibilities


- Managing document control and being the first point of contact for all document control issues

- Update and maintain company share drive with all project documentation

- Weekly material/plant/waste returns

- Scanning and filing of site documentation

- Updating site drawing register

- Arranging and responsible for Vehicle Passes 

- On boarding / security clearance and booking inductions

- Collecting and chasing operatives' paperwork

- Booking in visitors for temporary passes 

- Booking in deliveries

- Chasing for the correct information/booking forms from supply chain

- Dealing with any questions from Sizewell

- Investigating transport failings and complaints from Sizewell

- Requesting App log in codes for haulier/drivers

- Checking app usage and chasing those not using

- Completing Waste and materials trackers

- Comply with Company procedures and policies

 

Qualifications

 

- Full UK Driving Licence

- CSCS Card

 

Experience

 

- Previous experience as a Document Controller

- Previous experience in the Construction Industry

- A knowledge of the Construction industry and site protocol
