Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain document control procedures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical document repositories, ensuring accessibility and proper archiving.
- Implement and maintain document control systems/software to manage workflows, version control, and access permissions effectively.
- Coordinate document review and approval processes, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Track document statuses and notify stakeholders of pending actions and deadlines.
- Perform regular audits and inspections of document control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Prepare and maintain reports, metrics, and performance indicators related to document control activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control systems, ensuring adherence to guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, administrators, and contractors to support document-related activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve document-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience in working a Document Controlling role previously., preferably with construction knowledge.
- Skilled in document management systems such as SharePoint, Documentum, or equivalent software.

- Civil engineering/Construction
