Job Title: Contract Support


Location: Sizewell C, nr Leiston


Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Permanent

Overview:

 

  • You will be responsible for assisting in undertaking contract support tasks and ensuring that the facilities provide a safe and secure environment that enables the client's staff to concentrate on their business activities with minimum disruption.
  • You will be an integral part of the site maintenance team in ensuring that the EDF properties facilities run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities and for providing a professional service for our client.


Main Duties:

 

  • Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract.
  • Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms.
  • Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front-line teams.
  • Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors.
  • Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion

 

Qualifications or Required Experience:

 

  • Role in similar position preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Highly motivated
  • Clean Driving License
  • Good client facing skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including full suite of Microsoft Office
