Hinkley Point C - Somerset

 

Description of Business Unit/Division/Department or Function:

 

  • Providing a service covering areas of cost control and administration for the successful operation of the project or office.
  • Objectives for the BU/Division/Department or Function
  • To ensure that adequate and effective support is available to the management team. To manage the services required with maximum efficiency and expediency.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Placing material and plant orders
  • Process Goods Received Notes
  • Off hiring plant/falsework
  • Production of Weekly Timesheets plus all related IR / HR issues and forms
  • Production and monitoring of weekly Labour Costs
  • Provision of Plant Costs
  • Reconciliation of plant invoice
  • Plant Credits
  • Monthly Stock Reports
  • Monitoring incorrect Accruals
  • Monitoring Uncommitted Orders & Outstanding orders
  • Missing Ticket and Problem Invoice monitoring and resolution
  • Monthly site stats reports to Regional Office Manager
  • Weekly Staff register returns

 

Key Skills
 

  • A greater understanding of the LOR infrastructure and functionality e.g. COINS, SAAX, Aurora etc
  • Logical and well organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Numerate, literate and accurate
  • Good communication skills and IT competence levels
