We now have a career opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic person to be part of our team as a Service Delivery Coordinator in DMIC Liason.  

Key Accountabilities will be:

• Manage and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
• Accountable for key coordination for planning, construction, and logistics requirements for all civil ops.
• Define Suppliers requirements and ensure prompt delivery against MEH programme.
• Ensure that value for money is achieved when delivering projects.
• Provide integrated planning support for supplier services, focusing on one or multiple best value approach
• Being delivery focal point, promoting seamless team coordination for all civil operations.
• Provide support for commercial proposals in response to supplier request and support services.
• Coordinating and driving of supplier generated document to approved status for construction use via MEH and Client governance
• Liaise with quality and building construction team to ensure quality of all civildelivery are prioritised.
• Support continuous improvement programmes to all civiloperation process/procedures and documents.
• Directly report to SCS Coordination Lead or nominated deputy.
• Ensure compliance with all nuclear safety and site licence requirements.
• Ensure flawless execution phase for Civil opsare met as the project evolves by working closely with site wide technical team.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator you will Monitor and liaise with site Construction operatives to support the MEH Alliance programme on delivery contract. Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being implemented in support of a positive Nuclear Safety Culture. Ensure resource allocation to meet organizational requirements are available in line with the delivery schedule of DMIC contract. Ensure the project is delivered on time, budget & quality, and reported as per the HPC requirements. Ensure all DMIC contract delivery of HPC project meets the client and MEH expectation and needs.
