Senior Administrator

The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.

Accountabilities:

· Based at The HPC SDC (Satellite Delivery Centre)

· Provides admin and diary management support to Senior leadership team, creating agendas and meeting notes, preparing slide and info packs etc. for meetings as required and booking travel on request

· Arranges meetings for the Senior Leadership team and the MEH Joint Venture Board, liaising with PAs as required and scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments etc.

· Organising SDC and site access for visitors, including desk booking, arranging PPE and attendance at induction sessions and collecting and escorting visitors as required

· Provides support and governance to the MEH admin team as required, ensuring they have the relevant tools available to them to deliver

· Ensures a standardised set of processes and procedures are in place to conduct administration activities

· Undertakes generic office management activities – ensuring noticeboards are up to date, maintaining stationery provisions, ensuring document templates are standardised and compliant with branding requirements

· Provides support to on-going project work as request

· Any other reasonable activities

 

 

Key Deliverables:

· Ensuring that the Senior Leadership team have the required level of support to carry out their roles

· Ensuring the provision of an effective, efficient admin service across MEH

 

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience (as per MEH matrix) Qualifications:

· Modern apprenticeship in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience Experience:

· Extensive experience in office management and co-ordination of individuals preferred

· Proven track record in all aspects of Administration in a fast-moving environment at a senior level

· Experienced in diary management and travel and room booking · Experienced in office supplies management and ordering

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Powerpoint skills.

· Willing to undergo a Security assessment (BPSS)

· Willing to take a mandatary pre-employment Drugs and Alcohol test and be subject to random testing

· Holder of a current CCNSG or CITB Safety Certificate or willing to undertake
