Acting as the key interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Project Deliverables, in this role you will facilitate and expedite design, engineering and manufacturing solutions through the development, leadership and implementation of both proactive and reactive Process Improvement/Corrective Action/ lean initiatives in line with the compliance requirements of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.



Playing a key part in delivery of the next generation of Nuclear Power Station your remit will include;

  • Project and Operations Management of complex high value Engineered Manufacturing solutions.
  • Develop planning, scheduling, resourcing and material JIT strategies, adopting a lean approach to project deliverables.
  • Lead all manufacturing and build/assembly activity in line with project schedules.
  • Manage Change ECN/CR requirements mitigating bottlenecks in Manufacturing/Build schedule to maintain delivery of milestones whilst maintaining all Quality Standards and Governance.
  • Expedite bottlenecks in production to maintain the delivery of milestones, challenging and improving process to achieve effective and efficient collaboration in the adoption of a right first-time culture.
  • Project manage off site multi-disciplined manufacturing suppliers (Bespoke and Volume) to ensure on time to cost to Quality delivery in alignment of project deliverables.
  • Proactively ensure all Health and Safety governance and compliance requirements are met throughout all manufacturing and engineering across the Project.
  • Manage and deliver accurate reporting and presentations to Management and Director level stakeholders
  • Work with all stakeholders to Lead, Empower and Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
