  • Project Manager 

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, responsible for supporting and deputising for the Senior Project Manager over the full contract & packages of work. 

 

 

  • Planner 

Planner will work alongside the Operational & Commercial teams to produce and maintain schedules of work. You will have a working knowledge of CDM regulations, NEC contract and its application to the programme. Primavera P6 is essential. Experience of working on major construction work packages is essential 

 

 

  • Document Controller 

Responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents on site, linking with the Central Quality team. Key role to control numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of documents (electronic and hard copy) produced by project & commercial teams.

 

 

  • Commercial Manager  

Responsibilities will include, compiling, issuing and negotiating approval of weekly/monthly applications. Close liaison with project teams regarding effects of operations on financial performance. Management of project change and negotiating variations to contract. Managing and updating robust commercial systems. You will have excellent management, negotiating and stakeholder management skills with a strong understanding of NEC contracts, Project Commercial governance and viewing issues in terms of cost, profits, markets and added value. 

 

 

  • Package Manager 

Responsible for Packages of work, liaising with Supervisors, site teams to ensure safe delivery to relevant internal and customer standards & procedures.  Ensure that all works undertaken are carried out in safely and in an efficient and effective manner. You will have a good level on industry knowledge including Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting, a passion for HSE and can demonstrate strong deliverables in Project Management principles. 

 

 

  • HSE Manager 

Management of the Site HSE team ensuring all are fully compliant with HSE regulations and company processes. In doing so, the H&S Managers purpose is a pro-active and effective approach to Health and Safety / Environment and quality. Can demonstrate working in industrial services, strong understanding of HSE legislation and application and NEBOSH qualified. 

 

 

  • HR Business Partner  

To provide proactive, commercial HR/Employee relations support to Hinkley site, Responsible for the day to day management of all employee relations matters and support people managers on people management challenges. You will have a demonstratable strong understanding of HR principles and Employment Law. Working with collective agreements and unions is essential. Hold CIPD qualification 

 

 

  • HR Administrator/Resourcing Admin 

To assist with both complex and general administrative duties, allowing Senior members of the HR team on Site to carry out their managerial duties. Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and refer to appropriate professional. Experience in working in fast paced HR team, CIPD qualification desirable. 

 

 

  • Payroll/Timesheet Admin 

To assist with both complex and general administrative duties relating to employee pay queries and timesheet entry. Liaising with site operations and the central payroll function. Can demonstrate working in fast paced environment
    

  • Administrators

Maintain day to day administrative tasks. Support the Site team in processing both employee, contract and external information in a timely and efficient manner. Work with and maintain computerised systems and data
