MEH Alliance; Project Engineer

 

 

Accountabilities: 
· Manage the HK8010 contract (MEH JV) LOD : 
· Manage the 8 weeks look ahead, check the distribution 
· Liaise with the Alliance and document control on a regular basis to help progress TeamCenter issues 
· Monitor the progress of the surveillance and follow-up with NNB stakeholder’s late reviews and late placeholders, escalate any delay or issue 
· Set-up, coordinate and chair LOD monthly review 
· Manage the HK8010 distribution matrix : · Update the list of the lead reviewers/reviewers with the main stakeholders within HPC and the RD 
· Management of the HK8010 Works Information Index (WII) 
· Manage the WII on a monthly basis 
· Instruct relevant works information to the MEH Alliance on Cemar 
· Support MEH Alliance with resolution of missing technical works information 
· Coordinate the TQs coming from the MEH Alliance : Checks if the query seeks design information or clarification to specifications, consult with RD, PWRT or any relevant NNB stakeholders/experts. Include any confirmatory documents to the TQ and respond in CEMAR. Managing the HK8010 Surveillance Programme Update the HK8010 Surveillance programme as needed

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience (as per MEH matrix) 
· Degree and chartered status in an engineering, construction, or other related field. 
· Knowledge and / or practitioner of Project Management with experience of applying either; APM body of knowledge and OGC's Prince 2. 
· Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
· Experience of successfully engaging groups of stakeholders. 
· Good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.
