What will I be doing...

Reporting to the Project Manager, we are looking for an honest, confident and motivated individual who can deliver multi-disciplinary projects varying in size and complexity for Site Operations at HPC.

The projects you will delivery will comprise of:
•    Modifying and installing new dewatering network infrastructure - both ground and surface water
•    Installing new utilities infrastructure; made up of Potable Water, Foul, Telecommunication, and Electrical networks.
•    Installation and Decommissioning of Boreholes / Wells

 

 

My Responsibilities...

You will:
•    Deliver mechanical, civil, and electrical projects.
•    Undertake whole project lifecycle delivery - from scoping though to commissioning and handover.
•    Carry out hydraulic calculations and pump selection
•    Become familiar Lifting Operations and gain knowledge and understanding of plant, equipment and Personnel involved. 
•    Interface between client and contractors. 
•    Host and chair key project meetings to agree packages of works.
•    Propose and design engineered solutions utilising a variety of tools and software's, including AutoCAD.
•    Oversee Tier 2 contractors to deliver packages of work.
•    Produce quality documentation in line with nuclear site standards and procedures.
•    Manage work, ensuring it's delivered safely, on time and to budget.
•    Schedule and prioritise projects

•    To have been educated to a relevant degree level and have a hunger for delivering multi-disciplinary, challenging engineering projects. 
•    To have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
