The Completions Co-Ordinator supports the Completions Manager in delivering those handover processes and procedures that are associated with their designated Projects and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
To discharge the role requires a range of technical skills and competences, communication skills, construction awareness and knowledge of various EDF/NNB Standard Project Procedures and Quality Control Procedures.

The Completions Co-Ordinator supports the Completions Manager in ensuring all appropriate records are collated throughout the life cycle of the project and checked at the associated procedural review points, along with ensuring completed Documentation is Uploaded onto EPFM.


The Completions Co-Ordinator will report to the Construction Manager for their Portfolio of Concurrent Interfaces and Handovers. The Completions Co-Ordinator will have a number of additional Stakeholder Interface, e.g.

  • Construction Delivery Lead,
  • Construction Delivery Manager,
  • Surveillance Teams
  • Quality Teams
  • Site Operations
  • Site Engineering Team
  • Contractor Partners

The Completions Co-Ordinator will:

1 Have the ability to manage and influence all Stakeholders, including those at a very senior level, associated with Multiple Handovers, coordinating their activities, in order to collate the appropriate documentation, to ensure sequential, successful Handover of Assets. 
2 Possess excellent organisation and communication skills 
3 Develop a broad knowledge of the Processes and Procedures, for continued delivery of acceptable Handovers. 
4 Ensure both Client and Contractor, work together for the successful completion of Handovers. 
5 Be able to write informative, concise and meaningful reports


The Completions Co-Ordinator will have the following: 

1. Preferred experience in the delivery of large, complex projects, including Power, Chemical and Industrial
2. Desirable to be working towards a tertiary qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent vocational training and experience
3. Experience of operating in a high security environment.
4. Experience in the installation and erection of large Mechanical or Electrical Plant, with Nuclear Experience being an advantage.


Terms and Conditions:

  • 33 Days Accrued A/L and Bank Holidays
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • Weekly Pay
  • 40 hours per week
  • 12 Month contract
