An opportunity for a Business Administration Apprenticeship (Onboarding Team) working with BYLOR on the HPC Project.

Role Responsibilities:



  • Act as an ambassador for BYLOR's Strategy and inspires all employees to identify the contributions they could make to the project.
  • Data inputting and capture to ensure that all data captured is managed sensitively and in line with GDPR requirements.
  • To support the On-Boarding team to ensure all goals are meet.
  • Manage the flow of information across the department which feeds into the audit papers.
  • Work as part of the team to ensure that audit requirements are up to date.
  • Required to work across multiple sites at HPC, Bridgwater office.
  • In addition to the above you will provide general administrative functions
  • Other adhoc duties projects as and when they occur



  • Maths and English GCSE




  • You will also be computer literate and be strong in the use of microsoft office, including outlook, excel and word.
  • The successful candidate will have self-motivation and a flexible attitude with the ability to get on with all types of people.
  • Must show good presentation and have an excellent telephone manner and people skills.
  • Must be prepared to work in a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Helpful and friendly.
