Training and Skills Coordinator 

Dalkia

Job Responsibilities: 

•    Definition and compilation of key role competency requirements in conjunction with HPC project requirements.
•    Setting and maintaining a complete team wide competency and skills matrix aligned with HPC competency expectations.
•    Working with Dalkia home organisation support to provide relevant skills training resource and materials either through internal or external means.
•    Supporting the project team in their development, access and undertaking of skills and competencies training.
•    Interfacing with HPC resource and skills teams for project orientation and training needs, incorporation into the competency matrix and the provision of the requisite access to training sessions.
•    Working closely with the HR and IR teams to support all workers with their onboarding, skills logging and skills maintenance requirements particularly for the diverse multi-skilled trades that will be undertaking site works.
•    Liaising with the HPC Employment Affairs Unit (EAU) to align support of training requirements utilising the project provided skills and training centres.
•    Implementation and maintenance of monthly reporting metrics and dashboard criteria to provide clarity of training and skills status to the lead team.
•    Maintaining and organising HPC WIMS system administration including onboarding and removal of personnel records, actively addressing, and coordinating with HPC onboarding teams to effectively and swiftly process operatives and employee's

 

 

Required Qualifications: 

•    Degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent with experience)
•    Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience in a similar role in an industrial/construction environment
•    Relevant professional Accreditation 
•    Ability to use MS Office suite

 

Required Experiences

•    Proven track record in large scale projects in the nuclear or similar regulated sector, including major EPC projects
•    Experienced in delivering and operating at a Leadership Level
