Altrad Services require a Document Controller for their ongoing work within the MEH Alliance at Hinkley Point C:

This role is based at the MEH Offices in Bristol.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide a data entry and document control support service to Altrad and HPC MEHJV functions.
  • Input, modification and control of data and documents through company and MEHJV Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • Format and generate reports as required
  • Ensure all documents received have been provided with the correct identifications and metadata
  • Circulate documents and information to specific audiences as required through the relevant systems.
  • Ensure all updated/ superseded documentation is managed and controlled and specific audiences are notified accordingly
  • Filing of technical documents after registration and distribution
  • Produce transmittal notes
  • Monitor and manage all close out actions required

 

 

Qualifications:

  • No formal qualifications required
  • Certification in IT desirable
  • Decision will be made based on experience at interview

 

 

Experience:

  • Previous experience within Electronic Document Controls Systems (EDCS)
  • Experience in Business Administration
  • Good level of IT Literacy

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Annual Salary: £25,000- £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)
