Tissot Industry UK requires experienced Welders starting ASAP subject to vetting and onboarding.


Basic salary : £27.12 per hour


Stainless Steel and/or Carbon Steel Welders required - Experience with Tig manual, Tig semi automated and TIG automated preferred.


The main scope of work will be the asembly and erection of the stainelss steel pools and containment liner in carbon steel for the EPR nuclear reactors.


Suitable candidates must be able to evidence:

 

  • CCNSG Safety Passport
  • A Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Welder in a relevant industry
  • BS EN ISO 9606 Coded Welding Qualification -
  • Non-Coded TIG Welding - PH (5G) Single V Butt Weld (6" Schedule 40 Pipe)


And one of the following:

 

  • Level 2 Welding Apprenticeship
  • An equivalent Apprenticeship in a Welding discipline
  • Level 2 Diploma in a Welding discipline or equivalent
  • Level 2 Certificate in Welding and Engineering Craft Studies
