Vacancy Overview

 

The Executive Support/Business Improvement team forms part of the Project Services Directorate, providing a service across the HPC project to ensure consistent and effective communication within and between teams at an executive level. As well as the routine support for reporting and communication, the team builds processes and tools to enable effective decision making, supports a wide variety of improvement and innovation initiatives, and responds dynamically to business requirements from the executive board of the HPC project.

 

Due to the dynamic nature of the team, the successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to meet the day to day requirements. This ability will be demonstrated through a set of behavioural and technical competencies as described below.

 

Nature and Scope

 

Principal Accountabilities

 

Coordination of formal internal governance reporting process

  • Delivery of weekly MD reporting
  • Deliver progress reports for GenCo, HoldCo, CGN summit, Performance review, EDF SA reviews, JBL, COMEX

 

Drive Effective Business Improvement

  • Delivery of specific initiatives based on inte4ractions with the business to meet requirements

 

MD’s Liaison

  • Ad Hoc Executive Support
