Overall Purpose of the Role


  • To will work with the site team, assisting with administrative tasks, onboarding, inductions, timesheet management, document control, deliveries/logistics and other office related issues to ensure all administrative aspects of site work are accurate and up to date.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role


  • Management of office equipment including stationery and photocopiers;
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post;
  • Timesheet management. Keep the records of WH staff and monitor timesheet reports to prepare reports as requested. Make use of the electronic time and attendance systems to prepare reports for the team and liaise with headquarters;
  • Assist in the onboarding process, distribution of applications and collecting completed forms.
  • Administration of the site inductions and time 
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Using Management System procedures maintain project records and communicate effectively.
  • Undertake document control of site produced information, internally and externally via the clients document management system.
  • Ensure effective distribution of drawings and project information to all project teams (internal and subcontractors).
  • Printing and distribution of hard copies of drawings and project information in accordance with set up procedure.
  • Organising, arranging and co-ordinating meetings.

Educational Level


  • GCSE grade 4 (C) and above in Maths and English




  • Previous experience of an administration role in a busy office environment would be an advantage
  • Experience of Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook essential.
